LACK OF RESPONSE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I have written several e-mails addressed to [Email Removed] To date I have not received any response. In my e-mails I specifically asked them to stop calling me to thank me for making a payment and to remind me of when the next payment is due because I know the cost of these calls will be added to my final account. I also asked that they respond to my mail by return e-mail. They just completely ignored my request and kept on calling and then this lady on the other end of the line had the audacity to tell me that she is calling me during working hours so I just have to make myself available to talk to her whether or not I am occupied or otherwise. That to me is just complete rudeness because at that very moment I was about to step into a job interview. It so upset me that I was still shaking during the interview and it was noticeable to the extend that the interviewer asked me if I was alright and if there was something wrong. Immediately after I wrote another e-mail to complain about this and to date I have not received any response whatsoever.
