Refusal to correct my policy

I took an Old Mutual funeral cover and an investment in 2011 for myself and my sister who is not South African. The person I was signing up with did not tell me that Old Mutual does not cover non-South Africans. So I have been paying for this funeral cover since then, and then I receive a letter this year, 2013 that informs me that I must note that Old Mutual does not cover for people who are not South Africans. Okay, I call Old Mutual the following week (this happened somewhere in July) and tell them there was a misunderstanding, relate the story and ask them what I can do. They tell me that I must go to my nearest Old Mutual branch in Durban and they will cancel my sister and return all the premiums I have been paying for her. I get to Durban branch and this guy (pity I forgot his name), tells me that I need to go to the bank and get my bank statements reflecting all my payments since 2011. I thought this was making my life difficult because it meant I had to get 100s of pages of my bank statements to prove my payments to them, whereas they have all this information in their records. I have been calling old mutual call centres about this issue an I have not been getting through
