Replacing my headset

Insurance was replacing my insured mtn contract phone, they delivered my cellphone, later on when switched the phone on, it was a vodafone, i called my insurance same day (14/11/13) and they said they will bring the correct headset the next day but they didnt even call, i noticed it was getting late i called, they said they will get back to me, it never happened until i phoned theem again on the 18th still no feedback and on the 19th i called them again, they said they will get back to me before end of business day until today no one has contacted m. a BAD service indeed and am getting irrate everytime a day goes by without feedback. angry client.
