I recently joined FNB after a long struggle at BEEP Bank. I was very impressed with the great service they provide. I applied on-line, in a week my card was delivered to me where they collected my ID and proof of residence. I popped into the Bedfordview branch with a few queries I had with which they assisted promptly and timely. There were no long ques and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, they did not try to sell or market any other service and actually listened and assisted.
