Log complain, but you just ignore me

Please look me up in your historic complain database (my ID attached). By ignoring complains, the have an aniversary, and then you not liable anymore, is this how you do business?

One of you vehicle insurance clients (business), workers' child, (under age, no license, not even SA resident) drive that business' delivery truck into my Volvo, in front of church, in front of witnesses, and drive off (runs). The followed and confronted in shop where he hides...

...long story short. I had to pay in R5000 on the R50'000 damage repairs @ my insurance. I believe I should have be re-imbursed by your clients policy, who was not just guilty, but also broke the law.

I tried to phone for years, log complains for year and I'm just ignored. Can someone at that big corporate for once take ownership of this complain please.
