Incompetent staff provide terrible service

I went into the Westville branch of Standard Bank to get confirmation of my bank details. The first teller who assisted me insisted that I would need to swipe my bank card before she could provide confirmation of my bank details. The green ID document that I provided was not acceptable according to her. I had to walk all the way to my car to get my card despite the fact that I had major abdominal surgery two weeks ago and can barely walk. On returning to the branch and standing in the queue again I was served by a second teller who used just my green ID document to confirm my bank details. He did not need the card at all!!! If this is how incompetent staff are allowed to treat prestige bank account holders, then I think its time I start looking for a new bank
