Absa wont stop my credit card???

I have gone in twice to stop my credit card but still no luck. Fist time I desputed payment on my card with no word of it after the consultant told me they would contact me and only after the desputes they can close the acc. About two weeks after that I went in again, my card was cut up infront of me and now I see the account is still active and there are still unauthirised payments going of my account???
