FNB at the newcastle mall has to get their act together at the general enquiriers there's ONE person working and there is 4 open desks! There's so far 6 people waiting to get helped from this lady and she's litteraly just sitting staring at us or checking papers!! I'm sick of this!!! They could just as well close down!
