Application Approved and Declined 5 days late

I applied for a Personal loan of R40 000.00 from FNB. the consultant said that he would do the approval over the phone, and we would see from there. he then congratulated me saying that i could qualify for R50 000.00 which i gladly said that i would like to do, i was then asked to fax through my documents, ID, Payslip, and proof of residence but because i banked with FNB he did not need my bank statements... I was called last week wednesday confirming that everything has gone through successfully but i would need to do into the branch to sign the documentation, i explained that Monday (today) would be the only day that I could make it. I then got a call this morning from FNB stating that they could no longer help me. i am just told by the consultant that they cant help and I should forget about the loan. I have now already comitted myself financially to certain things and now they have dropped me. I did not get an explanation from them or nothing, i was told all i neeed to do is the sign the papers and i would get the cash within hours. Now im in a tight spot with no where left to turn, they have all this fancy adverts and stories, but they cany help. What terrible Service...
