I received a call at 7am this morning (19/11/2013). I was still rushing on my work to work when a lady called me telling me she would like to speak to me about my Wonga account, Firstly its 7am in the morning, who gives any company the right to call there clients at 7am! when i told her not to call me at this time, she had a bad attitude telling me her shift start at 7am, I told her I do not care when her shift starts, YOU DONT CALL PEOPLE AT 7am, She continue to argue with me saying it doesnt matter when she calls, This is very poor service form a Customer Service Representative for WONGA! i dont appreciate it and will not stand for this!
