Good day, as I write this Im going through telling my complaint six times now. Trying to get your assessor out has been a mission. Your made to feel like you have to drop everything to meet them, and when you cancel due to work commitments, they let you know how annoyed they are. Now all the relevant persons handling the account have gone home for the day. Today was the day I could make the meeting time, to be confirmed this morning, which wasn't, but I came home early anyway.
I'm so sorry to inconvenience you assessors, I will try and remember my humble place as your simple client needing assistance... my apologies...
