Harassment at my home

I have been getting calls from Derick from DMC for the last two months, regarding an account about five years old, he has been threating me telling me he has my work details and if I dont make a payment arrangement he will be forced to contact my work place or if i dont sign paperwork he has drawn up, I then asked him where his work premises is so I can meet him there he then said he wants to meet at my place and when i sign the documents he will get my name cleared on ITC on condition i sign the paperwork.
I did not allow the meeting at my place then on 27 Saturday at midday he appeared at my door opening my driveway gate without permission, i went to the window and he said his name is Derick and he needs me to sign the paperwork,
Who gave him the right to show up at my place and they have also put a trace on my profile without my permission.
I am extremely unhappy and would like to know what i can do to take this further.
