Proof of Payment takes over 3 weeks - Annoyed!!!

I am regretting moving to Capitec Bank. the service is appalling!!! I have been requesting for a Proof of payment for transfer I made and its taken over 3 weeks and I still don't have it.

the call centre agents are always clueless. I am now reconsidering going back to my previous bank.
