Constant pathetic service

I've been trying to get some feedback from this company with regards to my "paid up letter" & Judgment Rescission process. I put a read receipt on all my emails to them and they read my email however they NEVER response. I need this to be sorted out right away and its extremely annoying that I have to beg for things!! This is pathetic service. I have had many occasions where i had terrible service from them, I just want my letters so I don't have to bother with them.
