Can FNB please sort this urgently!!!

My name is Lorato Trok and I made an application that is taking far too long than anticipated and it's really frustrating. Ms Mpho Mazibuko is said to be working on the application and it's postponement after postponement which is quite frustrating. Can Fnb please sort this out urgently as I am a very unhappy client right now.
