UNPAID AUTOMATIC PAYMENT FEE

I applied for the FREE service to automatically balance my gold credit account at the end of the month from my savings account. I have no problem here. What I find an absolute is that you charge 230.00 from my credit account as an UNPAID AUTOMATIC PAYMENT FEE when this is a free service. I was able to completely top up my credit card account on the 4th of the month because i was able to. My account is in good standing so I see no reason to punish me like this.
