FNB Charges exorbitant fees

I am a FNB Gold Credit card and Petro account holder. In addition I have three bonds with FNB which are all in very good standing.

On my latest credit card statement, a charge of R220 as late payment fee has been added to my account. The payment date was 29 April and for some reason payment was reflected only on the 2nd of May. (Probably because the 1st of May was a public holiday)
I am always up to date with my payments and also often pay in more than what my closing balance are.
To punish me with R220 for a 3 day late payment on a minimum amount payable of R745 is totally unacceptable.

If this is the way FNB treats their clients or if this is the way FNB tries to make money, I don't want to be part of such a bank anymore. Thus, they must either reverse this exorbitant penalty amount or close my account with FNB.

FNB is big with marketing but this very harsh way of treating clients is not in line with how their brand is marketed.
