TERRIBLE SERVICE RUSTENBURG BRANCH

At the end of April 2013 I requested quotes to add my wife to my life insurance policy (additional cover for her). I accepted the quote, she did the medical examination and I was told that she would be added as at the end of May 2013. I completed all the forms and submitted it.

IT IS NOW AUGUST 2013 AND SHE IS STILL NOT COVERED!!!

I DID FOLLOW UP WITH SOMEONE AT THE RUSTENBURG BRANCH, BUT IT SEEMS EACH PERSON IS MORE USELESS THAN THE NEXT ONE?

ARE YOU ALWAYS THIS USELESS OR AM I JUST LUCKY?

IF IT IS THIS DIFFICULT TO GET LIFE INSURANCE, I CAN JUST IMAGINE WHAT A HASSLE IT WOULD BE IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT ME/MY WIFE HAS TO SUBMIT A CLAIM!?

PLEASE HELP, BECAUSE I AM ABOUT TO CANCEL MY POLICY!!!
