Hollard legal - lying lawyers!

So I see Hollard is offering legal protection on tv and since we have our car insurance through them I thought it would be a good idea to put my legal through them as well. So I called and found out all the details and was told that the one thing I was most interested in, the free anti nuptial contract (ANC) would be available for me to use from day one after I get my policy number smsed to me. I was informed about this by at least 3 people I spoke to. When I tried to claim through their claim number, I was constantly rejected and told that I all of sudden had to now wait 3 months for the benefit to be open to me. When I questioned this I was told that I had to 1st have at least payment go off. I then made a cash payment into their account, then I was told that it was still not good enough and that I had to still, regardless of being advised otherwise many times, had to wait for 3 months!!! I was eventually contacted by someone saying I would have feedback latest by Friday the 15th Nov 2013. Still I have heard nothing. So besides lying and my money, what else would they like to do before they reject my claim, again!!!
