I am currently a member of Hollard Legal Insurance, joined them in 2011, and have been paying my subscriptions without fail ever since I joined them. On 23rd May 2013 I phoned them to ask advise over the dispute I have with the Contractor who is working on my project. I was then referred to advise@hollard. Yesterday, 11th June 2013 i called them again as I was not receiving any feedback from advice@hollard, only to be told that "there are no legal advisers at the moment", "the only adviser we have comes once a week to attend to all matters".
Does this mean all other policy holders requesting service have to wait for this one adviser?? Its over a month now, and my issues have not been attended to. This is unacceptable as they are still debiting my bank account every month and yet they fail to provide services paid for. Should I find myself another Lawyer and claim expenses from Hollard?
South Africans please be warned that you are paying money for nothing... This is baaaaad... I want all my subscription money paid back to me!!!
