I have never been so disgusted at the calibre of people employed at Gale Street Branch! The staff stand in front of a bank full of clients and chat and laugh. Chewing gum and untidy in their uniforms. Slindile looked like she was still drunk or hung over and had no voice. The Indian lady is very rude and shouts at non English speaking clients and rolls her eyes and what is it with her hair being blonde and black?? Then when one's number is called, the consultants have a good conversation about their boyfriends and whose pregnant from who. There is no need for us to here their personal and intimate stuff. Who is the Manager??? Even upon entering there is no one to hand you a ticket. Are the staff at Capitec allowed to chew gum??? The staff here don't even know how to hold a conversation or advise properly. They are in serious need of grooming.
