For two days I'm trying to get an update on my claim. There is either no answer and you hold for 30 minutes at a time then get cut off or the that answers transfers you to another. PLEASE GIVE ME AN UPDATE ON CLAIM: CL1166458

And who is this ORICO company who is apparently dealing with my claim (Cecilia). If this is not sorted by Monday, Goodbye Indwe hello Integrisure. I cannot put with this useless service or sorry no service at all.
