CAPITEC WEST BURGER IS PATHETIC. AS A CUSTOMER FOR 3 YEARS I VISIT THE BRANCH BEFORE CLOSING TIME. AS I ENTER I GOT MY NUMBER AND WENT TO ONE OF THE TELLERS. I ASK HE TO CHECK MY CARD CAUSE I HAD SOME DIFFICULTIES. WHICH SHE DID BUT I HAD ONE ME REQUEST. SHE ASK ME TO HAVE A SEAT AND WAIT FOR ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS. AS I WAS WAITING THERE WAS -7 OF THEM JUST SITTING AND CHEATING, LAUGHING AND TALKING SOTHO. THERE I WAS SITTING AND WAITING TO BE HELPED. PASSED 5 ALL OF THEM GOT UP AND WENT TO THE BACK. THE TELLER THAT FIRST HELPED ME CALLED ME AND SAID THEY WONT BE ABLE TO ASSIST ME CAUSE ITS ALREADY PASSED THERE CLOSING TIME. I MUST RATHER VISITED THE NEXT BRANCH CAUSE THEY CLOSE AT 6. I MEAN CAPITEC IS BRAGGING THEY THE ONLY BANK THAT OPEN TILL LATE BUT YET THEY ASK CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE. AS FAR AS I KNOW LAST CUSTOMER IN-STORE MUST BE SERVED. AND UPON THAT I'M STILL WAIT FOR THEM TO ATTEND TO MY COMPLAIN FROM TUESDAY. BAD BAD SERVICE.
