Went to Capitec in Dube to open up a bank account yesterday. I sat for some tme waiting to be assisted cause the branch had only a few consultants avaiable. I did not appreaciate the long wait and was about to leave when a consultant by the name of Given called me over. I really appreciated teh kind of service she gave me. She was very helpful and very clear in explaining their products to me. She was apologetic about the time it took for me as she kept on having system issues. She kept me informed and entertained throughout the whole process, even forgot that I was late for work. Now this is the kind of service I will be getting as a new Capitec account holder.
