Terrible attitude from branch manage

As I type here I am sitting at the fourways capitec branch.

I entered the bank for a replacement card at 9am almost 2 hours later I still do not have a new card. The teller has cut up my old card before issuing a new one. I have a flight at 2 pm and now the systems down and I have no card or cash so cannot take my flight

Will Capitec be refunding me for my losses

thought this was very funny and has no idea how to handle the situation...
