Bad service regarding tax certicate from Hollard

I received my 2013 tax certificate same as last year it's without a logo. I used to receive them with the logo previously via post but my address details I can see have not been updated. I did questionn this with the callcentre agent that helped me last and they said that it's fine it won't give me problem. Now this year SARS has not paid out my due to me because the is a discrepency regarding the tax certificates for lastyear and this year, because they are without a logo. I called and e-mailed Hollard lastweek on the Nov. Till today they had not replied to my e-mail. I had to pick up the phone and call them to follow up. A lady by the name of Phyllis answered the phone after holding for like 20-25 min and had to hold for another 15-20min before I was helped by another lady in their Retirement department. She was not helpful at all she told me that she will transfer me to someone that deals with the e-mail that I sent. She did not give me the name, suddenly a lady by the name of Reshika answered my call. She still said the same thing that the is no problem regarding the two tax certificates that I have. This was not treated with a matter of urgency. A bad service for an old client
