I wanted to compliment Princess Simayi of Sheet Street, The Glen. I, together with my 7 week baby and 3 year old child went to the store to purchase some items. I realized that I did not have any cash on me to pay for the parking and asked if I could pay an additional R10 on my debit card and receive the R10 in cash to pay for the parking. Princess told me that she was not allowed to do that, in terms of the store's policy. She then disappeared to the back and returned with R10 from her own money to give me. She then proceeded to help me to the car with my children. I was overwhelmed. It is not the amount of money, it is the attitude. She saw a need and met it immediately, without any hesitation. I was so moved by this gesture because it is so rare to find someone who sees, cares and helps. Thank You Princess. What you did, reveals so much of your character. Sheet Street, this employee is a treasure.
