Pathetic Service and no living up to expectations

On Thursday 7th November 2013 i contacted the Absa Home loans contact centre in connection with a query i had on my bond. The agent could not assist me and advised that a consultant would contact me back in 48hrs. Its is well in excess of 96hrs later and nothing has materialized (not even an sms).

This is pathetic service and Absa had not delivered against their own expectation (of returning my call in 48 hrs).
