Absa cancelled my debit order for my bond incorrectly. They said i'm now in arrears. i phoned in, sorted the mess out, but now I have been debited x2 for my bond payment. I phoned in to query Absa's error. I spoke to a Home loans Call Centre AGENT: Melany Aya, very rude and have no passion for her job. She rather told me what would be done and did not have the patience to explain me in a decent manner. I feel offended and I'm having second thoughts to cancel my absa account.
