Budget Insurance not been Truthfull

The retail value of a Tata Indica 2007 1.4 LSI is R42400.00. The Trade Value is R36100.00. My Budget contract says Market Value which means I should be paid out the Retail Value. Budget said they paying me book value. Initially Julian told me book value was R34000.00 and they were doing me a favour by giving me an additional R2000.00 because the car had low kms, this would make it R36015.00. I have proof on a email from a Tata Dealer Branch Manager who confirmed that if my Budget Contract says Market value I should be paid out the Retail Value. Can you please follow up on this for me.
