I contacted Discovery Vitality Drive to see what they have to offer. I purchased a new vehicle and obtained a quote for car & contents cover from my current insurer and from Discovery. Despite Discovery being slightly more expensive I chose them purely because the service I received from Sphiwe Zikalala was outstanding and I am a sucker for superior customer service. Sphiwe was friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get me the very best deal. As for the after sales service, I am in awe of this young man. He checked up on me today, contacted the Dealership twice to ensure that all is in order when I take delivery of my car tomorrow and just never fails to disappoint.

I applaud Discovery for recruiting such a high caliber individual and can guarantee Mr Zikalala that he has a bright, prosperous career path in this country if he continues to wow customers with his helpful, positive and caring demeanor.
