Clearly IUA does not care about bad publicity. Maybe I should attempt the newspaper as this is clearly of no concern to them.
Due to their lack of service I am being blacklisted. They sell insurance under false pretences. I was told that this SHORTFALL policy would ensure that I am completely covered should something happen and my car be written off.
This is unacceptable. I have requested that I get a breakdown of the policy, but to no avail.
THIS IS NOW THE SECOND COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER.

The first one was just ignored.
