NOT WORTH GETTING!!!

Sad how they tell you how you need this product when they sell it to you but when it comes to claiming they are suddenly changing their story.

I recently had a mechanical breakdown for my car and was towed in at Alberante BMW. THEN THE PROBLEM STARTED -
First to tow me I was told that I am only covered for 40Km's's to the repairer and they went and got me a tow provider that was 33km's from where I was stuck - No where in my policy does it say they only cover me for 40km's from where the truck leaves to come to me!
And then to top it all off, I have a Radiator problem which costs R12 469 to fix and they say they will only cover me for R2500
And then I have a Cylinder head issue which cost me R28 375 and they say they will only cover me for R6593.75 when my policy clearly states that I am covered for up to R12 000.
Now my question is what is it exactly are we paying for because the agent from Mototech was telling me about a clause on the policy that they will only cover 50% of half my claim and according to the policy I have - there was nothing like that! We were literally reading off two different policies!

I am furious as they are clearly not sticking to their end of the deal!
