Shares for employees and UIF Forms

I was working for alexander forbes previously for 10 years when I resigned they promised staff shares will be paid out 2013. I worked for them again for 3 months this year as a temp and requested a new UIF form and last 2 months payslip still nothing. When I requested about my shares all what I received since July 2013 is:
As your interests allocation has vested 100%, this allocation will be held in Trust for you until a distribution is approved by the Board."

It seems like their have financial problems as they couldn't afford me at R4000 per month and now they can't even pay out my shares as promised in 2010 they told me it would been paid out in 2013.
