Rate from 10.25 to 11??

To whom it may concern

I applied for vehicle finance and got a rate of 10.25%. I then got a better quote from another dealer and forwarded it to Nedbank for processing, thinking that i gave them a quote of R15000 less I would eventually pay less then the original installment, but to my surprise they came back with a 11% rate. Why do you give me 10.25 the first time and now give me 11%??? My intention on the better quote I gave you was to pay less, but now I expected to pay the same even with a R15000 cheaper quote? I am very disappointed and I am considering taking my business to a different bank.
