My Mom drove into a TP. She agreed with OUT to pay back the damages (because she does not have insurance). After 1 or 2 payments my Moms financial situation changed dramatically. My Dad was diagnosed with a brain tumour and the expenses were more that the income. All this was declared on a few occasions to Outsurance IN WRITING with supportive docs. And not once did they have the decency by replying. Now after a year (bear in mind - even after my numerous correspondence, pleading with them), they summonsed my Mom for the damages. Very disappointed in the 'one of the leaders in the Insurance industry'. You have left a very bad taste in my mouth
