Misleading Street Ads that say approval w/in hours

Nedbank Home Loans advertise on street pole ads - "Approvals within hours". That may be the case, but then utter incompetence follows in finalising the application.

For 2 months, I have been chasing them, every week to be told I need just one further bit of information. I have supplied everything humanly possible and yet again they ask for another piece of paper. It is almost like some sick prank. Our entire office of 30 people are laughing at Nedbank because it is so ridiculous. I am told how much better FNB is.

This is for an advance on so called pre approved facility on an existing property. It is not complicated, I have provided all the info. It is just clear how Nedbank does not understand it's consumers. I certainly do not have any more time to give to this bank. Please don't mislead consumers by implying that dealing with Nedbank Home Loans is easy.
