2 ACCOUNTS REFLECTING ON MY CREDIT BEREAU

Good day Hellopeter
I had a smart loan with FNB of R25000, but what they've done put 2 accounts on my credit bereau instead of one. they have put the current amount owed and an amount after settlement. Kindly assist i dont know why they have put 2 accounts into my name instead one, only one is now cleared and the R47 000 is still on my bereau. as per credit bereau there one account reflecting and they have taken of the R25000 ive settled. they even send me a letter to confirm that this was made in error and they will fix it until now it is not fixed yet.
