Remove my name on credit Bereau

Ned Bank has sent the letter stating that the following account no 8001956628701 was fraudelendly opened against my name. The letter was sent on the 02/08/2013 to compuscan and to other credit bereures. I made follow up on the following weekend to find out whether my name was cleared or not. I was told by compuscan consultant that it will take 20 working days to cleare my name. I phone again (06/08/2013) just to find out even if my name was requested to be taken off from credit bereau urgently. I was told it will take up to three working days and they also ask me to send them a copy of ID.So I just want the truth when will the above mentioned account be taken from their system.
