I just received a call from one of your consultants. My office phone keeps ringing whilst this persons refuses to tell me what is going on on my account if I do not give him two minutes of my times and must advise him right now when I have that 2 minutes. My account is paid on time and the correct amount - what do you want? I do not have time during the day for cellphone calls - if you have to contact me, email me.
