Nobody answers the phone

Could you tell me if you recently fired everyone at the Somerset Mall branch, if not could you arrange someone from head office to go there and set aside a few hours to teach them how to answer the phone please.

You will need to start with the basics: "When you hear that annoying ringing sound, go to this device and pick it up", as apparently nobody there has the necessary skills to actually do that, I called 5 times and left it ringing until such time as Telkom decided enough is enough and cut the call, which is about 2 minutes. So basically about half dozen people either blatantly ignored 10 minutes of ringing or stood around the phone staring with baffled looks on their faces wonder to do.
