I had previously put a complaint on HELLOPETER and I received an sms from the SERVICE RECOVERY UNIT with a reference number, 55498320 this was on the 16/10/2013. To date no one has contacted me or fixed my account, instead more unpaid debit orders are being charged to my account. So when does my account get fixed. I am so sick of this
