FNB - law on call extremely poor service delivery

Hi,
I have a policy with law on call and made use of their service in April 2012 with regards to a civil case.
I've given my car to a family friend to have it resprayed who then gave the car to someone else.
I don't know who this person is but found out where he stays, however, not willing to disclose the whereabouts of the car (Toyota Carolla). I have shared with law on call the whereabouts of the person.
Law on call has delt with the matter since then and I've been sent from pillar to post to get to the bottom of this. During this process, I've had numerous traffic fines delivered to me of which I am now accountable for.
To date, my case has not been resolved. Me being the client have to call up and email law on call on a regular basis, continuously promise to get back to me with feedback - last feedback from them was on the 11/10/13.
I am absolutely disgruntled by the level of service I've been receiving from them. This says alot about their reputation and integrity as a legal firm in our country. I can confidently say that all who I have delt with is incompetent of service delivery and seem uninterested in their customers and customer queries.
