Hi, I was very furious with FNB this morning as my bank charges went off late and I was inconvenieced, I spoke to a lady by the name of Junita from FNB Sandton City, she explained to me how and why the fees are charged, she also told me the reason I was charged on that particular date, Junita went to as far as hlep me register for internet banking, do my transfers as well as offered me the pricing guide. Junita you have seriously dazzled me today and now I remember why I chose FNB to be my bank. Thumbs up for FNB. Exceptional service.
