Rediculously the poor - daylight

Last year I complaint about the high interest rate these people Flemix Inc. who was then Coombe & Associates charge on accounts. I was contacted by Johann Auckett who explained in "laywers terms" why the interest was that high. needless to say he was very helpful. I requested a statement two months back and noticed that 4 months payments did not reflect on the statement. I contact them and Sunell Carnie stated that I must send proof that my employer deducted the money and paid it into their accounts. That was done with the proof that 4 month (R800*4 = R3200) was indeed paid to them. I contacted her and send the proof requesting that my account must be reduced by R3200 plus the interest that it occurred. Until today I am still waiting for her to reply to my many emails. I am also quite sure that the person that will be responding to this complaint will ask to have the proof send back again. Im telling that company now, that they must ask Sunell that seems to be incompetent when it come to dealing with poor peoples money. Get your house in order and I want my money BACKKK... Please Johan, don't patronise me with a answer on this reply
