Bridge Loans
Poor service and they are ripping me off

I lent money from this company Bridge Loan and instructed them to deduct from my bank but they failed to do so, I ve tried to call them but without success. Up until to the stage Ive got tired of reminding them. After several months they called to collect the money then I said they must send mea statement for me to be able to pay but I've never received thata statatement> Only receive sms of demanding but when trying to contact them Im unable cause their landline its ask a lot option to press and I hardly hear them on that voicemachine which is 0878250600 >Cant get through to consulyant > the matter they phoned on the 04/11/2013 and i arrange a payment I said to the consultant they must email me a statement for me to determine how much I will pay they they never send that statement instead send me a sms which state that I'm owing R 5883.85 then I told myself that I will pay them on the 15th since i get paid on that date but to my surprise today Iget another sms saying I'm owing R 13 878.20 how I dont get it> then I tried to call again to cant get through even now so how I cant start paying on the 15th cause It will be like Im acknowledge that owe R13878.20 .
