My case was referred to Cecilia Bronkhorst@clientele sometime back. This was to do with an adventure booking dispute and although it could not be resolved in my favor due to technicalities Ms Bronkhorst exhausted all avenues to try and benefit me as a client. It was then that a established a relationship with Clientele, I have lately been having some challenges at work and had to go to the extent of logging a grievance.
