UNAUTHORISED DEBITS ON MY ACCOUNT

STD BANK continues to load unauthorised debits on my account no matter what I do. They are just unwilling to assist in this regard and do not even bother to investigate. Surely I am not the only person affected by this yet they just shrug their sholders...!
