No After Hours Service as Promised

I was under the impression as a platinum member that I have 24 hour access to legal advice. I tried calling several times on Saturday morning. I was told I am number 3 in the queue and someone would call me back. Not only did we not receive a call back. We called back ourselves 3 times and again was promised someone would call us back. This did not happen. I am extremely dissatisfied and would like to get an explanation why??
