I left FNB almost 3 years ago, on closing my accounts I was assured I would not receive any marketing/promotional sms. I am still being sms'd reminding me to "swipe my fnb card" and the "fnb bank in my pocket". I e-mailed FNB quering this, and haven't received any feedback from them so what's the point in having a customer complaints system?!
